Margarete de Soleil has been an Artist, Illustrator and
Art Teacher for over 30 years. She has a BFA summa cum laude from the Maryland
Institute College of Art.

Margarete is available for Art Commissions, Consulting and Teaching. Her
recent work is focused on painterly drawings of river rocks entitled "Mutable
Stones" series, available through Albert
Shahinian Fine Art, Hudson, NY. Her work also includes ink and pencil
drawings, gesture drawings, watercolor and acrylic paintings, plaster and
ceramic sculptures of nature, landscape, figure studies, animals and iconographic
bird feathers.
